Comprehensive documentation, covering all aspects of product configuration and usage, is available for MagooClient. The documentation set is comprised of a User Guide for general product information and a Developer Guide which is intended for developers who are customizing form appearance or are using MagooClient as the basis for SOA testing.

User Guide
The User Guide is intended for MagooClient end-users and system administrators.
- Getting Started: Product Installation and Licensing. Sending your first SOA request, high-level overview of the MagooClient Message Viewer
- Transports: Configuring the various Transport types for MagooClient (JMS, Email, HTTP, File). Transport monitoring and diagnostics
- Address Book: Setting-up individual addresses and address groups.
- Message Type Catalog: The Message Type Catalog is central to MagooClient's ability to recognize, validate and render XML messages. This section covers type registration and configuration as well as importing your WSDL and Schema definitions.
- Sending, Receiving and Organizing Messages: An in-depth guide to message-handling within MagooClient.
- Message Editing: Details on MagooClient's powerful validating editor including advanced XML manipulation such as type/element substiution and 'any' processing
- Advanced Features: XSLT generation and configuration for sophisticated message exchange, message organization and routing using processing rules, MagooClient user-data administration.
- Security: Configuring MagooClient to work with secure SOA services.
Developer Guide
The Developer Guide provides technical information on a range of topics associated with developing and testing SOA interaction with MagooClient. It is intended primarily for developers who are interested in using the MagooClient Scriptframe as the basis for SOA testing strategy or would like to add MagooClient to a SOA or BPEL-oriented architecture.The Developer Guide consists of the following sections:
- MagooClient Scriptframe: An easy-to-use JavaScript-based testing utility with built-in editor, test generator and scheduler.
- Customizing form appearance: Using stylesheets and XHTML to tailor the way MagooClient displays an XML message
- Scripting form behaviour: Using JavaScript (E4X) to control the way MagooClient reacts to user input.
- Integrating MagooClient into BPEL processes: Using the transformation capabilities of MagooClient to support typical message exchange patterns between BPEL engines and MagooClient in order to fulfill user tasks.
- Integrating MagooClient with Microsoft Excel: An easily-customizable way to export XML message content to the popular spreadsheet application.
A working knowledge of XML, XSL, XHTML and JavaScript is assumed throughout.
